HORSES, SCENERY AND STAFF Huuhkaala Horses is a family-owned and -operated horse farm. We have been providing horseback and horse-drawn-wagon rides since 1990. We also give lessons for riders who want to improve their seat and feel to the horse. If you don't want to ride, we offer you a harness horse -trip. Our ranch, surrounded by the Lake Saimaa, only 60 km from the Russian border and 10 minutes from the Puumala center, represents an authentic and scenic Finnish landscape in one of Finland's lakeside environments. Guided by friendly professional horseperson and mounted on our lively, well-trained and sensitive horses you can enjoy trail rides on moose-made trails on the terrain ice age once formed. |
